I also love... sushi, good harmonies, breezy sunny weather with no humidity, driving with the windows down in aforementioned weather, the Obamas, pizza (Quatro's is where it's at), my friends, worshipping Jesus, learning, my kids at work, Chance the Rapper, Dice Dojo, late night drives to Bald Knob Cross, star-gazing, GTC's espresso shakes, Ellen DeGeneres, puppies, kitchen dance parties, chocolate chip pancakes, cuddles, my dogs, Pinterest, Disney, theme parks, Dr. Pepper, flowers, reading, talking to my friends about social justice issues and...well...anything else too, memes, puns, doing anything and everything with Andy, boys' night, the Chicago skyline.
I've spent the last ten-ish months on Chicago's westside in a program called Mission Year. Here's where I'll get more in-depth, reflective, and real on this year, the things I've learned, and how these things will transform my life from here on out.
